Maintain assigned project milestone forecasting by use of project scheduling tools (internal and client). Prepare and analyze comparisons of project scope, quantities, and revenue/budget data. Produce PO receiving files for client approval/processing per forecasted billing entitlement. Complete timely Financial True-Up/Final Project Reconciliation and final site billing. Prepare release of lien documentation for Final site close.

Summary: Managed multiple Architecture and Engineering (A&E) vendors throughout all stages of Telecommunication Cell Site development per forecasted budget/schedule. Performed Electrical audits (AC/DC/HVAC Audits) to determine power source requirements. Determined sub-contractor activities per approved scope of work. Developed bid processes, established agreed pricing, awarded scope of work. Performed schedule development, maintenance and monitoring activities. Verified/redlined construction, leasing and zoning drawings. Attended weekly deployment meetings (field and main offices). Summary: Walked/designed fiber-optic new build plant and incorporated existing dark-fiber into network routing (mainline, and redundant lateral entrances on a specific customer basis). Communicated initial design/design changes directly with CAD operators to produce construction drawings in preparation for permitting and zoning submittals. Prepared permit applications and submitted to RR, DOT, City, County, State Regulatory authorities. Redlined construction drawings (profiles/cross-sections) to produce as-built dwgs per actual field conditions.

Summary: Walked/designed fiber-optic new build plant and incorporated existing dark-fiber into network routing (mainline, and redundant lateral entrances on a specific customer basis). Communicated initial design and scope changes to management to produce construction drawings in preparation for permitting/zoning submittal. Prepared permit applications specifically for Railroad, DOT, City, County, State Regulatory authorities. Redlined construction drawings (profiles/cross-sections) to produce as-built dwgs per actual field conditions.

 

Prime Contractor to Videotron Cable Co; Position: Lineman/Technician (Outside Plant OSP Fiber-Optic Design and Mainline/Lateral entry installation, Coax Mainline/Distribution) Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (Oct 1997 - Aug 1999)

 

Summary: Installed mainline fiber-optic trunk line and aerial support strand. Installed aerial plant by use of tensioning tools, cable lasher, and specified hardware - all construction installations were regularly inspected by client personnel to ensure specifications were met. Experienced with Buried/Aerial communication outside plant design/installation, bucket trucks/man-lifts, utility pole climbing (spurs/lanyard, ladders).
